The 23rd Annual Property

Funds Industry Forum 2017

Waves of change, oceans of opportunities.

Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort, Noosa Heads QLD

15th -17th October 2017

Dear Colleague,

It is with great pleasure that I invite you to attend the 23rd Annual PIR Property Funds Industry Forum. The Forum is one of the longest running annual events in the Australian property industry and attracts delegates and speakers of the highest calibre to provide an informed and well considered opinion on the sector.

Over the years, the Forum has attracted a diverse set of delegates ranging from some of Australia’s largest property funds to the smaller funds, thus creating an environment for forming new relationships, networking with industry leaders and decision makers. The Forum sessions are intended to pave the way for decision making into the future rather than dwell on past events.

In this context, the theme for this year’s event is “Waves of change, oceans of opportunities”. Changes impacting the sector are multi-fold; innovation through new technology, political unrest and reshaping of cross border trade, businesses embracing “Activity Based work” cultures, and other structural and financial considerations.

Notwithstanding these waves of change, the demand from investors for predictable returns from the property sector should create plenty of opportunities for fund managers to meet investor requirements. This year’s program is being designed to specifically provide delegates with some solutions to navigate through this unusual investment environment. Work, rest and network with key players from the property funds industry.

The Sofitel is FULLY BOOKED 13th & 14th October and limited spaces for the 15th & 16th October.

I encourage you to attend the conference and look forward to welcoming you at this years event.
